REFUNDS/RETURN/EXCHANGES
- There are no refunds Hair can not be returned only can be exchange within 4 days of having your hair. Please Check bundles before installing. Units may not be styled exactly the same but will be fulfilled.
If you have a problem with hair please contact me. We will not exchange any units that have been installed custom Units cant be returned/exchanged for refund due to customization.
-SHIPPING
2 to 3 days of proccessing is needed before your order is shipped which takes 7-10 days due to the orders. Insurance will be places on packages but we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Custom units may take 2-3 weeks to be recieved. Tracking Information will be provided via Paypal Email provided
-ORDER CHANGES
Once order is processed you cannot make any changes no exceptions. Order will be shipped via paypal address provided.
If worn often your unit should be co washed a minimum of 1-2 per week
Keeping your hair moisturized is Key dime size amounts of sickening or hydrating oils are desired
Handle Closures and frontals with care if unproperly handled your lace may tear
For colored units Please Use Color Treated Shampoo/Conditioner
Prior to using any heating tools please seal your hair with a heat protectant serum or spray to minimize heat damage
